A Beer Dinner on the Farm

Free State Brewing Company, in collaboration with Prairie Star Farm, would like to invite you to a beer and food experience set on the land that grew the evening's ingredients. Chef Rick Martin will treat you to a five course meal, carefully paired with Free State beers while Bart and Margit Hall share their philosophy and experience in farming. Brewer Geoff Deman will expertly guide you through the crafted beer selections. We ask that you bring a sense of adventure, as Mother Nature and a full moon will surely accompany us through every course. Space is very limited, so reserve your evening on the farm soon!

A reception will begin at 6pm with seating at 6:45.
